BOOKING PROCEDURES // CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policies & Procedures
Once you have submitted your information through the “contact” page or any of my social media sites, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Timing and location details will be discussed at that time. Once we have decided on a date, a small deposit is due in order to secure your date. You can pay the remaining session fee either before the session shoot or on the day no later. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirming the details and you are booked for your date. The session fee is non refundable & non transferable. Please see cancellation/rescheduling policies below. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies -
If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If any cancellation occurs within in the 48 hours before your session, you will be charged a cancellation fee. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email etc to let you know your session needs to be cancelled. Tashae has the ultimate decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that are available to reschedule your session.
